Company Policy

We strive to handle special requests from customers with food or metal allergies so that such customers can enjoy their meals.
Please note, however, that in some cases we may not be able to handle requests from customers with severe food and metal allergies.

When Making Your Reservation

  1. (1) Customers with food or metal allergies should inform of this fact when making reservations.
    Also, note that we may not be able to offer a menu suitable for persons with food and metal allergies in the case of same day passenger reservations.
  2. (2) We check all food ingredients based on information provided by the manufacturer.
  3. (3) Since all cooking is done in the same kitchen, trace amounts of allergens may become mixed in the cooking process.
    We ask customers with severe allergies to make their own final decision.
  4. (4) Please note in advance that due to the reason given above the cooking utensils used and the dishes served do not represent a completely allergen free menu.
    Please note in advance that in the case of severe allergies we may be forced to refuse service for customer safety.
  5. (5) When making a reservation, we ask customers to make the final decision themselves after checking the above information.
